Scream is a 1996 film directed by Wes Craven. It was produced by Cathy Konrad and Cary Woods with Kevin Williamson writing the screenplay. The film stars David Arquette, Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, Matthew Lillard, Rose McGowan, Skeet Ulrich, and Drew Barrymore. The storyline follows Sidney Prescott who is a high school student in a fictional town called Woodsboro, California. She becomes the target of a mysterious killer known as Ghostface.
